Questions Answered

Hi everyone!

You may recall that we had a bit of strangeness here on the site, the other day, involving question marks inside diamonds. Well, I've just received this response from Coal, the Support night manager:

"Thank you for contacting us regarding this problem. The problem was that a character not supported in Unicode (UTF-8 ) character encodings was being entered when more than one space were used. As UTF-8 is the default encoding for our accounts, this naturally caused a problem on a number of member Blogs.

Our technical department was notified and this should have been resolved completely.

If you are still experiencing problems, or have any other problems or questions, please let us know.

We apologize for this inconvenience."

So there you have it, folks. The problem should be resolved, now. But if you're still experiencing those issues, submit a help ticket and let the Support team know.
